Houston, We Have a Problem

So I've been doing all this work around the house to seal and reinsulate - make it more efficient, etc. It's worked pretty well so far in regards to maintaining heat, but it's retaining something else that's not good.

The windows are collecting little pools of moisture and starting to mold. Jen is constantly sneezing. We're looking into getting a whole house dehumidifier, since our little one room deal died. Usually it's dryness and a whole house humidifiers people are working with. We're the opposite. We're always the opposite.
