As If

I didn't have enough to do already. Yesterday as I'm checking out Sam's blog, I see she's using this cool little thing called FitDay. It's a tool to record the food you eat and the activities you do every day. With that data, you can run all kinds of reports telling you how fat and lazy you are. Not really, but being the data geek that I am, I spent the whole evening recording everything I did and ate yesterday. I got so into it I ordered and downloaded the desktop version.

I don't have any plans to use this really or change anything drastically, but I like recording useless data and poring over the analysis. It's silly, but maybe a little more productive then sitting in front of a TV.

I'm so addicted to it. It is like I can't wait to go eat something so I can record it! I've also been looking up the vitamins I'm missing so that I eat more of the source. For me, eating healthy is not so much about cutting out, but making sure I eat the good stuff. That way, I'm too full for the not so good stuff.
Oh, and the graphs are cool too.

How do you like the desktop version?
