Swim Lessons

The pool is freezing.

There are 5 to 7 kids in the class. Abigail is one of two girls.

I was a little concerned at first because all she could pay attention to was everything other than the lesson. Once accustomed to her new surroundings, she did just fine.

The jumping in and climbing out was her best skill, though swimming after the tossed toy wasn’t too shabby either.

I’ve got a wetsuit on order for her. That should take care of the freezing distraction. Seems to be a common issue/solution for toddlers of her age and BMI.

A wetsuit for a 3 year old to swim in a public pool. Who’d o thunk?
