Hodge Podge

On Saturday we headed over to some friends house to pick up some more kid loot. They have a son and daughter, but for some reason had a crazy abundance of little girl’s clothes. Having two girls ourselves and my sister about to have a second, we jumped at the chance to “clean house”.

We brought home all kinds of stuff.

Like a second pack-n-play, with which Abigail tried out her new sleeping bag.

And this cute hair band for Lauren

You can see more of it here – most of which is just a Tigger costume. We got all kinds of costumes.

Nothing fancy. A lot of it dirty, stained or really outdated, but nice to have none-the-less. The girls will certainly have an abundance of clothes by which getting dirty won’t be an issue.

It was also raining Saturday, so Abigail had to play in the rain (in a new raincoat).

The bigger news, though maybe prematurely revealed, Lauren’s sleeping patterns may have returned to pre Jen going back to work – meaning she’s getting up only once a night. At this point we’re not sure if that’s the case or maybe she just sleeps more during the day/less at night on weekdays. Only time will tell. Of course with time it’ll improve anyway.
