Got Out

Our house is back behind all that mess.

When I finally felt it was safe enough to get out and clear limbs without more falling on me, I did.

Keeping one eye on the saw and one eye in the sky is a bit stressing.

I cleared enough to get the car past the bamboo. Now if we need to get somewhere (not that there’s anywhere to go) we can.

I’ve heard reports that power could stay off till Saturday. So far that wouldn’t be too much of a problem for us. We’ve got a generator, so we’ve got some light and heat.

We’re golden for now.
