Lobster Math
I’ve probably said this before, but it still surprises me.
The lobsters we get here (right off the dock) average about $25 for three one and a half pounders.
We have about 5 lobster dinners per trip. That’s $125 in lobsters for the week for 15 lobsters.
Back home a single lobster dinner averages around $30.
30 x 15 = $450
That’s nice.
