CamelCamelCamel

If you haven’t noticed, the prices of things on Amazon fluctuate.

To combat/manage this there’s a nice website called CamelCamelCamel that tracks the prices of items on Amazon.

You create an account, load up the items you’re looking for, set the price you’re looking to pay, and CamelCamelCamel emails you if your item ever hits that price.

What’s really nice is it shows you the price history over the last 2 years or so.

When we decided it was time to buy a bigger generator, CamelCamelCamel got us the best price.

It’s pretty sweet!

You should give pricezombie a try – price history on Amazon is good, but price history across many website is better. Otherwise you’d never know that Canon cameras sell for 10-20% more on amazon compared to Abes of maine, for example. There is no one store that sells all products for the lowest cost at all times.
