“Bobby, I neeeed you.”

A few nights a week, shortly after putting Abigail to bed I usually get a “Daddy, I neeed you” via the monitor in Abigail’s room. Generally it’s nothing. She wants one last tuck-in and a good night. Pretty simple.

After spending 4 or 5 days with my family who basically still call me Bobby, the semi nightly calls from Abigail have turned to “Bobby, I neeed you.”
