make sure the gutters aren't clugged, we luckily haven't flooded yet from the recent wettness.
as for the other thing, I can say tubless with WTB wire bead tire. Also get removeable valve cores and stan up the inner tubes. won't stop a pinch flat but will fill in thorn holes.
As for the water, it's not related to the rain. It's a bad purge line on my water neutralizer. I could probably call the plumber that put it in and bitch, or just fix it myself.
And the flat - I have a Salsa rim on there. It's too deep between the rim edges to effectively make tubeless. At least with a flat I have an excuse to do something other than work.
