"You're Better Than the Mailman"

There's a jogger I pass on my ride into work. I don't see her every day (my schedule fluctuates), but a few times a week. I guess being the third time I've see her on a cold snowy day, she decided to compliment my commuter discipline. To pay it forward as it were, I'd like to compliment this guy and his dedication to cycling.
