Master Shower Remodel
May 2009

Cutting out the stud from the old corner.

Nailing in stud for new corner. You can see the difference in the floor in how much room we added to the shower space.

Doesn't look like much, but makes all the difference.

Drywall shop.

More new studs.

New drywall. The width of the wall at the back was slightly wider then the width of the wall at the front, so the drywall went in kind of tight.

Actually went in too tight. Had to trim it some, break it some, and damage the existing wall a little. Oh well. It's all getting joint compound, primer and paint.

New drywall in place. Back to two seperate bathrooms again.

Dad standing in the new shower space.

Still lots of work to be done, but this was the goal for now.
