Went to Boston

We packed up the girls and drove to Boston Friday night. Took 7 hours.

We went to 12 houses on Saturday. Most were open houses. Some were private viewings.

We found one we liked.

We went back to view again on Sunday as well as two others from Saturday and a new one for comparison.

Left Boston around 3 on Sunday and drove home (another 7 hours).

Currently negotiating a price and closing date on a duplex.

It has very little yard, sits across from a park the size of a city block, three floors, a basement, no garage, and is 138 years old.

It’s beautiful.
