Tried Riding

Finally got to get out and go riding two weeks ago only to find out after nearly a two hour drive that my bike wouldn’t really run.

Got the carb jetted (which will be nearly impossible for me to do on my own in Boston (requires multiple test runs at all stages of the throttle)) and made it out this weekend for a couple of hours until it finally flaked out again and quit on me.

Tried riding with the girls and it still wouldn’t run.

Back in the shop to figure out what’s really wrong.

In the meantime my little Yamaha has been out of commission with a busted chain. Should get that fixed too this week and be back in the saddle again this weekend.

ps. we did drive the car up the rocky road for which I bought the skid plates. There were no issues or sounds of scrapes. Potential sidewall tears had me nervous but we made it.
