Negotiations with the seller were getting difficult.

The seller’s Realtors were reflecting this too.

“He’s negotiating emotionally,” was what we heard.

While trying to figure out our next move, we got a call.

His wife stepped in, told the Realtors to accept our offer, and be done with it.

So we’re done.

Inspection next week.
