Cortisone

Saw an orthopedic Dr. on Tuesday.

Went through the story and described the situation.

Decided a Cortisone shot to the shoulder was the next step.

The MRI was indeed negative, but that still doesn’t rule out a labrum defect of some kind.

He said take the shot and maybe it will all go away.

The pain from the shot itself has finally subsided.

Maybe this will work?
