Sick Sucks

I’ve had this cold thing for over a week.

Every time I thought I was feeling better, I’d try to go xc skiing and make it worse.

All the snow outside is complete torture for me. Most people just hate it. I hate that I can’t be in it.

If sick wasn’t enough, I’ve had this weird vertigo thing too. When I get up in the morning, I walk down the hall bouncing off the walls. When I go to bed at night, I have to throw a leg out of the bed and onto the floor to keep the room from spinning. Sometimes at the office I feel like I’m walking around a boat. The Dr. says it’s either congestion from the sickness or Benign Positional Vertigo (some kind of ear crystal thing all out of place in my ears). Either way it sucks.

Last night my hands started itching. Not dry skin, but itching from the inside (like under the skin). Then I realized they were swelling. All this after some terrible heartburn. I took a benedryl and the itching stopped.

Sick sucks.
