So Bill got a
pool. Like anyone with a really nice pool, he invited us over
to play.
Jeff being the good soon-to-be husband that he is,
pulls his soon-to-be wife around the perimeter insuring she enjoys
the ride/view from
every
angle.

The little kids enjoy the
pool too. Actually, only Jake (soon-to-be three) got in. Josh
(soon-to-be six) was too busy hiding his
dad's beers.

The Noodle Challenge!
Last year at our own pool party, we started this challenge of
swimming the most number of noodles to the bottom. At our house,
with our noodles (they're bigger), we could only get two
noodles down. At Bill's house, Bill and I could swim two
noodles down quite easily. Three noodles was a whole
different ball game. Bill was the first to get three down with
a very effective dolphin dive from the surface. After a few more
tries, I was able to power my way to the bottom desperately kicking
and swimming. Jeff struggled with two for a while.
Once he got two, he moved on, but never accomplished,
three.

Me sitting back enjoying me
beer knowing the challenge was
met.
|
|
But here's a new challenge - swim the most
number of laps with one breath. I got two and a half. Sara, who
swims regularly, got three
laps.

|
Just a boy and his
peepee.
|
|
A nice shot of
the back of the house. You give Jen the camera and she just
snaps
away.
|
|
I told Josh to do
something silly. The does not dissapoint.
|
|
Without his peepee, this is about all Jake
could muster for silly.
