Ahh Red Stripe. A fine Caribbean beer,
though you'd think it was an energy drink by this label measuring
in kilo-joules. That's funny. I didn't feel very
energetic.

Some more shots by Jen.
The umbrellas are a nice
touch.
|
|
This one had a grey filter I
think. I like the contrast it makes between the water and the
horizon.
|
|
Obviously a yellow filter. Notice the couple
at the other end of the bar? They'll come into play in a
moment.
|
|
Another yellow filter. This was the boat used
by the scuba/snorkel shop located at our beach. They made three
trips a day. They were very nice. If we had any desire to go
somewhere other than our own beach, it certainly would have been
with
them.
|
|
Remember the other couple at the end of the
bar? My irritation started with her fake smoking. If
you're going to make me inhale your shit, at least have the
decency to suck the crap into your own lungs first. Then she goes
into this whole diatribe against the dude she's with over Jesus,
God and the golden calf. WTF? I don't care. Leave my beach.
|
|
But this is nice. The
Italians had all sorts of thongs to wear that week. Many weren't
very nice and many shouldn't have been wearing them. Regarldess
of the semi-pornographic nature of this photo, it's still a nice beach
shot.

One night back from
dinner, Jen took some time exposure shots. Every night on the cab
ride back from our wonderful dinners, I anxiously awaited this
sight. There was nothing wrong with dinner or the cab ride, but I
was usually very tired and very full. All I wanted was the comfort
of my bed. With this sight, it wasn't very far to
sleep.
|
|
One morning I got up
and took a walk on the beach. It was quiet and cool, so I took some
photos.
|
|
This is the entire
Lower Shoal Bay area. This was our home for a week. Why would we
want to do anything
else?
