Insect Politics

Applies to arachnids too.

I posted last year about this situation, but only had shots of the two separate parties. This year I caught the wasp in action. He/she had a tiny hole in the caulk near the top of the stoop that it was trying to drag this wolf spider into. It couldn't get it, and eventually dropped it. In the morning when I went back to check, the spider was gone. Either something else got it or the wasp succeeded. The next day there was another spider waiting to be "moved". Busy little bees they are.
