A Double?

Standing at the bar at 10am in London Gatwick airport, the bar tender asks if I'd like my Bloody Mary to be a double.

A double?

Now there's an idea. How often in the states does a bar tender ask you if you want a double? Forget the fact it was only 10am.

I had an eight hour flight ahead of me. Yes make it a double.
