New Routines
Any sign of fitness for me has been long gone.
Tasks of exertion not only leave me winded, but nearly down for the count.
Time for something new.
I went with the old standby. Easy enough to do and build slowly.
The hardest part is making it a habit. There’s so much going on. It’s difficult to add in what used to be basic.
Something has to change.

Is that a computer stand on the bike?
Yes. Book stand technically. Works well for iPads.
