Tap Out Cancer

Abigail had her second Jiu Jitsu tournament last month. It was a fundraiser for cancer prevention.

She did well. She got 3rd out of 4 competitors.

The really amazing part was the support and enthusiasm her coaches gave during her matches. They’re really top notch competitors (nationally ranked), and here they were on their hands and knees cheering her through.

Awesome stuff.

She’s got another tournament next weekend. Not expecting a podium, but she’s come really far in the last few months. It will be good to see her apply all that she’s learned.
