Yuck Mouth

Went to the dentist for the first time in 18 months the other day.

The outcome was to be expected.

My teeth require (I think) 19 “procedures”. That’s everything from a crown to surface cavities.

After all that I’ll need a mouth guard to protect it at night while I’m grinding my teeth in my sleep.
