I suppose, considering the hail damage, we could paint it green and add faux wood paneling…

I like the sidewalk chalk decorations on the trailer.

It all worked out pretty well considering everything went together at the last minute.

We averaged around 19.8 mpg for the trip. Lower than I expected for this model Outback, but the car’s hardly “broken in” and we were moving quick to get there.

The trailer and rack system worked well. Everything was quite secure and easily packed without the necessity of a bird nest of knots to hold it all down.

It’s nice to finally see and use the trailer as I had envisioned it when I first bought it 4 years ago. I should get it weighed with the sides and tailgates, so I know what kind of carrying capacity I have or remain blissfully ignorant.
