Added Some Squish

I’ve been riding most Wednesday nights lately.

Riding St. Pete’s

For those that don’t know, St. Pete’s isn’t easy. It’s either up or down and it’s always covered in rocks.

Even with a cortisone shot, the rocks are not kind to my shoulder.

So I’ve added some squish.

Lots of squish.

So my shoulder still hurts.

I’ll keep riding.
