Big Wheels

Was in the attic over the garage today getting some things, when Abigail decided to climb up and check things out.

The attic happens to be where we’ve been keeping her 16″ bike (the one we bought last year that turned out to be way too big) until she grows into it.

Maybe it was the attic light? Maybe it was the musty heat up there, but Abigail stood near the bike it looked like it would fit.

So down it came and off with the training wheels.

It didn’t take but a few seconds and she was on it and already at the end of the driveway.

She fits it and rides it pretty well. There are a few things it’s size makes difficult for her, but she’ll get it. She’ll adjust for the additional speed and freedom it brings her.
