Stupid User Error

Turns out my transfer switch and generator setup are good to go.

My problem was trying to plug in the generator extension cord while the generator main breaker was on. Apparently the twist lock extension cord will always trip the breaker if it’s running. Having the generator main breaker off until everything is setup and ready to go, then turning it on works great.

With that figured out it was onto the trailer modifications.

On my way to having decent sides and more usability – hopefully in time for vacation.

Oh. And here’s the new carpet we got down in the bedroom.

We also had an evening with the neighbors. Nice folks. Hopefully the kids will start playing more between the houses giving us all more time to get things done.
