What’s Up?

Too much.

I have a new role at work, which requires a significant amount of additional work for me.

I’ve actually been out for two Wednesday night rides. They’re pretty fun. It’s nice to be back in the woods on a bike. I don’t suck nearly as much as I expected.

That’s so narcissistic. Two things about me before anyone else…

We’ve been doing lots of stuff with the girls on the weekends. They’re having fun, getting to see lots of things, play with lots of people and be outdoors.

Lauren’s losing or lost a lot of her hair. I’d been telling Grandma and Mom for a couple of weeks that Lauren was losing it, but not until they saw a picture of her pretty locks in January did they believe me. Dr. thinks it’s a reaction to a previous fever, but getting blood tests and dermatology examinations to be sure. Little Lu was a super trooper giving blood the other day. Three vials and not even a whimper. That’s why she always wins when it comes to a fight. Watch out for the Lu Bear. My money’s on her.

Been raining all week. Not so nice, but what are you gonna do?

ps. I think I actually like getting older. Sure I hurt and ache, but wow life is fun!
