New Meters
Not that anyone else is or will be overly concerned, but the power company put new meters on our house today.
For me it’s annoying for two reasons.
- My meters were new as of September 2010. Both the old meters and new (I”m assuming) are the radio kind – where the values are sent to the power company via radio frequency. Perhaps the new ones are “new and improved” and not the old ones that had issues of catching fire.
- My solar/power data will be off for the month of October. Not necessarily the solar, since it’s a different meter, but my usage vs. production won’t be as accurate.
Oh well. Not much I can do about it and nor does it matter.
