Great Start

Abigail didn’t get to sleep until 10 last night. She kept waking up hot. Finally got the appropriate outfit/fan combination together to get her to sleep.

Didn’t get the kitchen cleaned up/breakfast made till midnight.

Up at 5 – something to remove the dying batteries from the smoke detector downstairs.

Up again at 6:45 to get a fussy Lauren.

Try to change her diaper (and outfit) before Abigail wakes up. As I put the new diaper on her, she shoots a load across the changing pad and onto the top of the dresser. Somehow (i can’t really remember), I get the changing pad, cover and her soiled clothes into the bathroom and turn on the water for it to soak. I leave the water running thinking it won’t overflow the sink because of the top drain and go back to finishing up with Lauren.

Finish putting Lauren back together, clean the dresser and go sit down for a minute.

Hear water pouring over the counter and onto the floor. Wake up Jen, hand off Lauren (she was still fussing even with a clean diaper and outfit) and go clean up the water.

Abigail wakes up.

Finally get a cup of coffee.
