The Boys

Saturday when we went climbing the inevitable happened.

There was a birthday party for a little boy, so he and all his little boy friends were running all around.

Abigail’s only focus at that point was “the boys”.

She’d start to climb something, then stop mid-move and watch “the boys”.

I’d climb something and she’d start to wander off to follow “the boys”.

“The boys” would come by and she’d want to climb to show off her skills.

It was all about “the boys”.

It was kind of cute, and quite expected.

“The boys” and thousands of other distractions will inter-mingle with what we do. I’m just happy to be apart of it – watch the development, learning and growth.
