Solar Maintenance Advisory
Got an email from our solar installer.
In light of their solar install successes a few unforeseen issues have arisen.
- snow avalanches (as you may remember)
- squirrels
To prevent liability and/or additional responsibility upon them they now have a policy that no longer declares solar a no maintenance system.
It’s now declared low maintenance and the responsibility of the owner to prevent/maintain issues such as snow and squirrels.
Lovely.
Can I make a press release that simply says “Does not play well with others”, so when I’m a dick I’m no longer liable.
Does that really work or do I not make enough money?
