Little Junky

One day we’ll forget all about the little hypodermic habit hit three times a day. The cause, device, and cure will be long forgotten. – b

Odd Couple

I like the contrast of the two bikes next to each other. After all it’s not the individual characteristics that define you. It’s the juxtaposition of your opposing sides. – b

Must have been the Mustache

Rounding the top of the spillway from the dam side, I looked across to see a guy walking his bike up the climb on the other side. The climb over there is not a fun climb, but I’ve never seen anyone walk it. I rode down the Sole Trail, over the trees, up and around […]

Little Blue Flowers and Gold Finches

and other experiences of an enjoyable life… Gretchen recognizes the sound of filling a bike water bottle from the fridge. From the other end of the house, she came running as I started preparing for our ride. That’s a neat thing. It’s been a while since she’s got to do a ride. Most mornings this […]

Our biggest problem since the beginning has been getting her to go to sleep. This appears to be working. Staying […]

Another Downhill Weekend

Rick, Ben and I escaped to Seven Springs this weekend for some weekend dirtbag fun. On Saturday we hit the downhill park. They added some new stunts, Ben and I had to hit. Rick hit the drop and the “rainbow”, but didn’t do the gap jump. At first we didn’t think we’d do it either, […]
