$300 Bikes and Lemonade Stands

Today being my last day at my old job, I made it out for the Friday Slacker Ride. Decent ride, but wasn’t very slacking.

In the parking lot some jogger asked us what kind of bikes we had and were they the $300 variety. I laughed (out loud) to myself about the nearly $300 wheel I just bought. Hope it doesn’t break like the last one.

Near the end of the ride we came across some kids with a lemonade stand. A buck a cup, so Craig bought us all a drink. Half the proceeds went to the SPCA, which is a good thing.

After the ride, we hit the bar for a little Pliny the Elder. Mmmm. That’s some tastey stuff.
