Bud’s Ride

A senior member of the local Mt. Bike community passed away this week doing exactly what he loved – mt. biking. To commemorate his passing, the various riding groups of our community got together to ride Bud’s last planned Wednesday night ride.

When I first started doing “The Wednesday Night Ride” it was Bud’s group that I rode with. Shortly after that, the group split. Bud went one way and I the other. I didn’t know him very well, but from the community outpouring he was nothing less than a great person.
