Princess Vera

My sister and her husband David had a Halloween party last night.

Though I can't really tell what/who Melissa and David are supposed to be, Vera was obviously Princess Leia.

And a very cute one too, but that's easy when your six months old.

Vera's All the Rage

My sister has started Vera on her real food allergy exploration.

For those that don't know, you take a simple food, puree it, and feed it to them for four days.

So far it's been bananas, avocado, and sweet potatoes.

The little monkey likes the bananas.

But she loves the avocado!

Little Vera

My sister sent me some pictures of Vera I thought I'd share.

Then after the cute gazing baby pictures, my sister decided to scare the crap out of her with Halloween decorations - still cute.

Cassandra's Graduation Party

Little Cassandra (Jen's cousin) graduated from Rutgers with her Masters in Mechanical Engineering, so they through a party.

And what do they do at a party for a recently graduated Masters in Mechanical Engineering?

Play beer pong with your friends!

And flip cup

Of course it wasn't all friends and beer games. There was plenty of good food and family too.

Chase, Sam (Jen's cousin and cousin to Cassandra) and Megan's little tough guy, being fed his dinner.

Cassandra's mother Netti, showing her Puerto Rican pride over her daughters graduation.

So the picture doesn't really capture the Purto Rican or pride, but trust me it was all there.

The Family - Vera!

There's a bunch on both sides.

Most pertinent is my sister Melissa and her kid Vera.

Vera was born in early April. Ever since then, my sister's been sending me photo after photo of the little squirt. (really, I've been worried she's been implying I should.)

I can only assume she wants them posted.

Hell. With a mother and daughter this happy, who wouldn't?

So she's got monkey butt, what do you expect for a kid?

Live it up kid. It all gets worse from here.

Like I said, there's a bunch on both sides. I'll get it all laid out soon enough.
